PURPOSE:To transfer an optional part in a document to other desired part by moving a reading means, storing a read symbol and graph and writing it to an optional member with a write means. CONSTITUTION:A device moved by a synchronizing rollers 81, 82 is provided with a read head 5 and a write head 6. A CCD optical sensor 55 of the read head 5 receives a symbol/graph from a window 51 and a storage section (not shown) stores it. The write head 6 has a thermal sensing print head 61 and a thermo sensing ribbon 62, a motor 66 prints out the symbol/graph from the storage section to an optional member attended with the movement of the device to the thermo print head 61 while a thermo sensing ribbon is wound. Thus, an optional part of the document is transferred to an optional member.
