PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound capable of giving a molded article having excellent gas-permeability, ultraviolet resistance and mechanical strength, by compounding a specific substituted polyacetylene compound with a specific organopolysiloxane, and heating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:(A) A homopolymer, copolymer or polymer blend composed of one or more kinds of the recurring unit of formula I (R<1> is H or lower alkyl; R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are H, 1-8C univalent hydrocarbon group or Si-containing univalent organic group) is mixed with (B) 0.1-50wt%, preferably 1-30wt% organopolysiloxane of formula II (a and b are positive number; 2<=a+b<=3; R is 1-8C univalent hydrocarbon group) containing >=2 Si-H groups in a molecule, and the obtained mixture is heated at >=60 deg.C, preferably 80-120 deg.C in the presence or absence of a catalyst (preferably a platinum-based catalyst) to obtain the objective compound.
