PURPOSE:To provide the titled coating agent capable of forming transparent coating film of both high water- and oil-repellency, along with anti-icing effect, for use in metals, iron plates, etc., consisting mainly of methylsiloxane and acryloglycidyl ether. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating agent can be obtained by incorporating the chief components, i.e. (A) methylsiloxane and (B) acryloglycidyl ether with, for example, (C) silicon-based thickening agent, (D) epoxy resin, (E) polytetrafluoroethylene resin powder and (F) fluorophosphoric ester.
