A pump(6) supplies the liquid from a storage tank(7) through a loading arm(Z1, Z2, ...Zn). A flow meter(5) measures the flux of the liquid passing through the loading arm(Z1, Z2, ...Zn). A fixed quantity valve(4) is installed at the loading arm.
