PURPOSE:To attain to prevent the generation of chipping or cracks, by heating and pressurizing a molding material formed by laminating stacking members by upper and lower molds, and side molds. CONSTITUTION:A third stacking member 25 is interposed between a pair of laminates each formed by laminating a first stacking member 1 and a second stacking member 2 to fabricate a molding material 47. Next, an upper mold 30 is fallen to the falling end thereof and the molding material 47 is heated and pressurized by the upper mold 30, a lower mold 28 and side molds 29. After the synthetic resin is thermally cured, the upper mold 30 is raised to the rising end thereof and the side molds 29 and the lower mold 28 are further spaced apart and a road wheel 49 made of FRP is taken out of the lower mold 28 to complete molding. By this method, because a disc part 50, an upside rim part 51 and a downside rim part 52 are respectively molded by filling a first cavity, a second cavity and third cavity with SMC2, 26, no chipping are generated in the road wheel 49. |
