<p>PURPOSE:To input the coordinates of a cursor which are required by software easily by fitting fixed means for controlling the movement of the cursor to a device for operating the positional coordinates of the cursor optionally on a CRT display. CONSTITUTION:Fixing devices 4 are fitted to vertical and horizontal rotation detecting rollers 2 respectively to control the rotation in accordance with a program request. The one-dimensional movement of a sphere 3 can be easily performed by fixing one of the two fixing devices 4. Thus, the device can be applied to a program for selecting one of menues arrayed in a line on the CRT and the cursor can be positioned on the selected menue easily.</p> |
