摘要 PURPOSE:To assure a high quality mirror surface in composite electrolytic processing with use of a processing fluid containing a surfactant and a trace electrolyte both mixed therein by specifying a ratio of a product of the RPM and the diameter of a rotating disc electrode tool and the relative moving speed of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION:A relationship between a product of the number of RPM Nrpm and the diameter D of a rotating disc electrode tool 1 and a relative moving velocity Vmm./min between the rotating disc electrode tool 1 and a workpiece 9 is specified to be V/D.<0.005 with use of a #800-#5,000 abrasive. Keeping the relationship described above, mirror processing is effected by making use of a processing fluid 4 containing a surfactant and a trace electrolyte mixed therein and the rotating disc electrode tool 1. Hereby, a high quality mirror surface can be assured.
