ALPHA-ALKYLSTYRENE RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a composition having high heat-deformation temperature and excellent moldability and transparency, by compounding a rubber with a specific alpha-alkylstyrene-nitrile copolymer and a copolymer containing a nitrile monomer and a methacrylate monomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 5-35pts.(wt.) of a rubber with (B) 20-70pts. of an alpha-alkylstyrene-nitrile copolymer prepared by bulk or suspension polymerization, and (C) 25-80pts. of other copolymer copolymerized with >=15wt% nitrile monomer and/or methacrylate monomer. The components LB and C are those prepared by polymerizing in the presence of a rubber. The rubber is styrene-butadiene block polymer and/or diene rubber grafted with methyl methacrylate.
