PURPOSE:To permit automatic chamfering and improve working accuracy by feeding a work pushed-out from a work holding devices by a pusher, into between the upper and lower guides from a guide base by a pusher and pushing a plurality of grindstones and carrying-out chamfering. CONSTITUTION:Works 5 are set in superposed state onto work holding devices 6 and 6a, and a pusher 3 is advanced by driving a cylinder 1, and the work 5 in the lowermost part of the work holding device 6 is pushed-out towards a guide base 8. Then, the cylinder 1 restores the pusher 3 to the original position and pushes-out the next work 5 from a container 6. Then, the work 5 on the guide base 8 is shifted in X direction by inclination, and the cylinder 2 is driven to push-out the work in (y) direction by a pusher 4, and the work is supplied between an upper guide 9 and a lower guide 10. Then, the rods are shifted in the Z1 and Z2 directions by driving cylinders 16 and 16a, and motors 14 and 14a are shifted in a1 and a2 directions through fulcrums 17 and 17a, and grindstones 15 and 15a are swung to be pushed onto the work 5, and thus automatic chamfering work for the both side edge surfaces can be carried-out simultaneously.
