PURPOSE:To efficiently and highly effectively realize the dew condensation protection and at the same time perform space heating of a whole building having a basement in accordance with the season by a structure wherein heaters utilizing the solar heat are imbedded at the predetermined positions outward the peripheral wall part and the floor part, of both of which the basement consists. CONSTITUTION:Hot pipes 5, 5... as heaters are arranged at the positions away at the predetermined intervals D from the peripheral wall part 21 and the floor part 22, of both of which a basement 2 consists, in the layer P of a building. The layer P is heated up to the predetermined temperature and at the same time heat is stored in the ground layer P and consequently the peripheral wall part 21 and the floor part 22 are also heated and heat is stored in both of the parts 21 and 22. During autumn and winter, in which the room temperature is lower than the temperature of the ground layer P, the air in the basement 2 is gradually warmed up, resulting in generating warm air. The warm air ascends due to natural convection through an opening 6 to communicate the basement 2 with an upper floor sitting room part 3, resulting in warming-up the entire building. During spring and summer, the peripheral wall part and the floor part are heated up to a temperature exceeding the dew point. As a result, no dew condensation develops on the surface of the peripheral wall part even during the time with high humidity of the year.
