<p>PURPOSE:To improve insulating performance, and to ameliorate inductance characteristics and loss characteristics by using winding in which the distribution of ampere-turns is formed uniformly and making the thickness of laminating of the magnetic material of a magnetic core the mean diameter or more of the winding. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a reactor with the winding 1, which is formed by winding a conductor insulation-coated, and air-core type magnetic cores 2, which are shaped in rectangles with window sections, to which the winding 1 is disposed, by laminating the magnetic material and upper and lower sections thereof are fixed by means of clamping fittings 3, is received into a tank 4 filled with an insulating medium. In this case, the winding 1 is manufactured in such a manner that the conductor to which insulating coating in the same thickness is executed is wound up to one end from the other end and the distribution of ampere-turns is shaped uniformly, and a lead wire 6 at the line side drawn from one end is connected to a bushing 5 fixed to the tank 4. The thickness W of the magnetic material is formed in the mean diameter or more of the winding 1 in the cores 2.</p> |
