发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING HIGH VISCOSITY LIQUID
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a paint to the other part by reducing the stringing phenomenon of the paint, by allowing an emitting part of a high viscosity liquid to approach a screw clamp part in an inclined state and retracting the same to a two-step direction after coating. CONSTITUTION:Arms 10a, 10b of a robot 12 are operated on the basis of the order of a control apparatus 30 and, at the same time, a shaft 1 is allowed to advance to locate the leading end of an emitting part 27 at the predetermined position on a high viscosity liquid coating part C. The operation shaft 14 of an air cylinder 13 is allowed to advance at the advance terminal period of the shaft 11 to allow the emitting part 27 to approach the coating part C from an oblique direction and an injector 15 is pressurized to emit a definite amount of the high viscosity liquid to the coating part C. After coating, the shaft 11 is retracted at first to retract the emitting part 27 to the vertical direction of the coating part C and the operation shaft 14 of the air cylinder 13 is subsequently retracted to retract the emitting part 27 to the oblique direction thereof. By this mechanism, the cutting of the liquid from the emitting part 27 is improved.
