摘要 |
PURPOSE:To form a build-up layer having excellent resistance to corrosion and wear by building up a specific alloy on a stainless steel by specific weld heat input. CONSTITUTION:The Co-Mo-Cr-Si alloy is built up under the heat input condition of >=3,000j/cm weld heat input by a plasma arc method on the stainless steel contg. >=16wt% Cr. More specifically, a pilot power source is turned on to generate an arc between a gas nozzle part 5 and an electrode rod 1 while gaseous plasma and shielding gas are supplied respectively through passages 2 and 3. A transfer anode power source 8 is turned on under supply of a building-up material from a path for supplying the building-up material powder. The plasma arc is generated between a base metal 7 for building up and the rod 1 by which the building-up material particles are melted and stuck onto the base metal. The base metal is thus built up. |
