PURPOSE:A surface treating liquid for an elastic body such as a synthetic rubber, having an excellent effect on the elimination of surface tack when piled up, obtained by mixing a plurality of silicone oils having different viscosities into a flon solvent, and mixing and dispersing a wax therein. CONSTITUTION:9.5-2wt% of two or more silicone oils having a viscosity of 10-1,000cs are mixed into a flon solvent. Then 0.1-0.5wt% wax and, if desired, 0.05-1wt% metal soap (e.g. sodium stearate) are mixed and dispersed therein to give the objective treating liquid. When applied on an elastic body such as a synthetic rubber or a synthetic resin, this treating liquid can prevent blocking, poor slidability, etc. which tend to occur on piling up the elastic body.
