发明名称 HEAT GAS RECIPROCATING ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the lubrication ability of an engine so that the output power of the engine may be enhanced, by utilizing a stationary lubricant containing therein graphite for a seal member between a cylinder and a piston, and as well by impregnating working fluid filled in the cylinder, with steam. CONSTITUTION:In a heat gas engine such as, for example, a Sterling engine, an expansion cylinder 1 and a compression cylinder 2 are projected on the top section of a crank chamber, and an expansion piston 4 and a compression piston 5 are reciprocatably disposed in both cylinders 1, 2, respectively. Piston rings 7a- 7c are fitted in a plurality of grooves 6a-6c formed in the peripheral surface of each of the pistons 4, 5. In this arrangement, each piston ring 7a-7c serving as a seal member is formed of, for example, polyimide resin containing therein graphite. Further, the insides of the cylinders 1, 2 and a passage communicating between the insides of the cylinders 1, 2 are filled with working fluid P which is noncondensing gas containing therein steam.
