PURPOSE:To reduce worker's labor, by providing operating means capable of controlling a powdered material discharging device as a whole at a rear position of a powdered material storing tank and at an end portion of a discharging cylinder provided outside of the tank for discharging a powdered material out of the tank. CONSTITUTION:When an emergency arises in operation where a worker fills a silo 18 with a feed at the top of the silo 18, the worker operates an emergency stop switch in an operation box 16 to stop all of the operation. Upon arising of the emergency, another emergency stop switch in an operation box 15 may be also operated on the ground thereby to stop all of the operation. In the case that the silo 18 is substantially fully filled, a conveyor stop switch is operated to supply a residual feed remaining in discharging cylinders 7 and 10 to the silo 18. |
