<p>PURPOSE:To make assembling easy and sure by providing a hole for positioning of the junction surface of a semiconductor element, etc. fixing a pin integrally projected from components other than the semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:Pins 9c, 9d, 9e for positioning of the adjacent mutual junction surfaces between each flat package type semiconductor element 1 and a cooling fin 2 are installed to be projected a half way previously inserted in the holes 2b on the sides of a cooling fin 2 and the projected parts are inserted in the holes 1a for positioning of the flat package type semiconductor element 1. An insulation plate 3, the cooling fin 2 on both the sides of the insulation plate 3 and a plate 4 are previously connected as a unit. In the above-mentioned construction, there is no need of troublesome works as manually inserting each pin between components and the assembly work becomes very simple and easy.</p> |
