Process and device for the manufacture of stretchable film for palletising

The process consists in introducing, into the barrel 4 of the extruder, after the basic-mixture feed zone of the latter, a mixture comprising a high proportion of plasticiser and of bonding resins which withstand the extrusion temperature and are structurally incompatible with the basic mixture but which are temporarily miscible with it so as to be exuded from the final film on exiting the extruder. The device, for its implementation, comprises a tank 12 for the mixture 10 and a pipe 13 with a pump 14, the end 13a of which pipe emerges downstream of the hopper 8.
