PURPOSE:To prevent condensation and rise in internal pressure from being produced by communicating the interior of a cell housing box and a hollow part of a support via a pipe, and forming a vent hole having a storm penetration preventing member in the upper portion of the support. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell 2 is exposed to an external light in the daytime whereby generates electricity, whereby a storage cell 7 is charged to accumulate electric charges therein. In the evenning, generated voltaged by the solar cell 2 is dropped whereby a control device 12 is operated to close a discharge switch 11 and thereby the storage cell 7 is discharged to permit an illumination lamp 9 to be lighted. In addition, the discharge switch 11 is opened by a timer of the control, device 12 after the lapse of from 6 to 8hr whereby the illumination lamp 9 is deenergyzed. Furthermore, when the storage cell 7 produces gas due to overcharge thereof to increase the pressure in the housing box 6 as being closed owing to any trouble of the overcharge preventing function of the control device 12, the gas is discharged from a vent hole 4 via a pipe 8 and a hollow part 3 of the support 1 whereby prevents the internal pressure from being abnormally raised. Moreover, since the housing box 6 is communicated with the atmosphere, only a little condensation is produced. |
