PURPOSE:To make precise and quicken the regulation of a die outlet gap thereby making easy it to regulate a film thickness, by regulating the gap of a flexible lip using a regulating bolt with a heating wire heater, the bolt being thermally insulated from a die main body. CONSTITUTION:A block 20 having a groove 24 that is provided for thermal insulation is fixed to a die main body 20, and a regulating bolt 21 around which a heating wire heater 22 is wound is attached to the block 20. The regulating bolt 21 can be thermally expanded by the heater 22 so that a die outlet gap 26 defined between the flexible lip 16 and the die may be regulate. Since only the bolt 21 is heated and expanded by the heater 22, the regulation of the die outlet gap can be carried out quickly, further since the block 20 is exposed to the atmosphere with it being thermally insulated from the die main body 15, it has less thermal influence from the die main body, and the regulation of the thickness of an extruded film can be easily carried out. |
