PURPOSE:To enhance printing resistance, and to improve humidity resistance, and repetition stability by incorporating phthalocyanine type photoconductive powder, and a specified component in a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive layer is formed by dispersing into a soln. composed of conductive powder, a binder, and a solvent, the following components: A phthalocyanine type photoconductive powder, preferably, such as metal-free phthalocyanine or Cu-phthalocyanine, together with at least one component of a group of F-contg. resin powder, such as tetrafluoroethylene or vinylidene fluoride resin, and a hydrocarbon resin, such as PE or PP, paraffins, such as paraffin wax or fluid paraffin, a nonionic surfactant, such as a copolymer of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide or ester type anionic surfactant, and polysiloxane, such as polydimethyl siloxane; and coating a substrate with the soln. thus prepared. |
