<p>PURPOSE:To stably treat waste gas containing an org. substance receiving the oxidative decomposition of a microorganism with good efficiency, by washing org. substance-containing waste gas with microorganism-containing water and aerating washed waste gas in a washing water tank. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas containing an org. substance receiving oxidative decomposition by a microorganism such as phenol or isopropyl alcohol is sent to a gas-liquid contact part 2 and brought into contact with microorganism-containing washing water recirculated from a washing water tank 3. Washed waste gas passing through a gas-liquid separation part 7 is blown from a blow port 8 by an exhaust fan 9 and blown off from the air diffusion pipe 10 provided to the bottom part of the washing water tank 3 to aerate washing water. Dissolved oxygen is supplied to washing water by this aeration. Waste gas used in aeration is collected by the lid 11 of the washing water tank 3 and exhausted to a treated waste gas discharge port 12.</p> |
