PURPOSE:To permit easy adjustment by destinations by transferring the specific data read out of the 1st storage means in which various sets of data are stored by means of the function key which can be operated only by the specific operator to the 2nd storage means in which the data to be used by the copying machine during operation is preliminarily stored. CONSTITUTION:The magnification data for domestic shipping in a ROM is stored in a RAM when the operator turns on a power source while pressing the initializing key provided in the copying machine so as to prohibit easy access by general users in the stage of shipping from a factory. The general user can set four kinds of magnifications by pushing magnification setting keys 103-106, the other four kinds by pushing the magnification setting keys after pushing a reverse magnification key 102 and optional numeric value of magnifications by numeric keys 118-17, respectively. The combination of the magnifications different from the combination for domestic shipping is selected from the ROM and transferred to the RAM by operating the function key in the copying machine for oversea shipping. |
