PURPOSE:To reproduce a stereoscopic image with one film by recording a right and a left image in two divided areas of each frame of the film respectively, and projecting them on a screen separately through an opticl system. CONSTITUTION:The film on which the right and left images of a subject are recorded in one frame of the film surface is irradiated intermittently with light from a light source. The right and left images projected from the film are separated by the optical system and projected on the screen 18. Electric shutters 20 and 21 which cut off images are provided on a right and a left optical path and switched once each frame of the film is detected. When the left image is projected on the screen 18, the left-side electronic shutter 20 is opened and the right- side electronic shutter 21 is closed. Further, when the right image is projected, they are driven reversely. |
