PURPOSE:To hold a deviation quantity in a certain level throughout a wide range independently of a process signal by amplifying the deviation between a set value and the process signal up to a certain level. CONSTITUTION:A start pattern suitable for the system of a plant is preliminarily programmed by software and is set to a setter 11. This set value X11 is inputted to a D/A converter 12 and is converted to an analog signal X12 and is inputted to a comparator 13 in an analog control part 16 together with a process signal Y1 which is the state quantity of the plant. The deviation between both signals is detected by the comparator 13, and a deviation signal Z11 is inputted to an amplifier 14, and the signal Z11 is amplified with a determined gain of the amplifier 14 and is outputted as a deviation signal Z12. The signal Z12 is subjected to A/D conversion and is inputted to a controller 5 as a deviation signal Z13. |
