The invention is based on the object of creating an integral cover for a switch/plug-socket combination of a waterproof design having a folding lid for closure of the plug socket, which lid makes it possible to position the switches in accordance with the instructions on both sides of door openings using only one design of the combined cover. The object is achieved in that, on the plug-socket side, the integral cover has bearing points, which are in mirror-image form with respect to the contact insertion openings, for the bearing mechanism (which is known per se) of a folding lid. <IMAGE>
