The plug-in connection of an electrical apparatus (20) to a connecting terminal strip (1) which is provided with connecting wires necessitates either a non-detachable attachment capability of the connecting terminal strip (1) in a base plate (21) into which the apparatus (20) can then be plugged, or necessitates the connecting terminal strip (1) being plugged onto the apparatus which is mounted in a fixed position. An arm (16) of a latching lever (2) in the case of the first application connects the connecting terminal strip (1) non-detachably to the base plate (21) and then prevents a further arm (15) from latching in with a hook (19) of the apparatus (20). In the case of the second application, a mechanical connection of the arm (15) is produced to the hook (19), which connection is detachable as a result of the arm (16) bending out resiliently. <IMAGE>
