PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacturing processes and reduce the manufacturing cost by forming a deposited layer of retainer forming material on the surface of a plate and integrally forming the retainer layer through pressurization with a heated roller. CONSTITUTION:The retainer forming material 7 obtained by kneading the ultra- fine short fiber consisting of glass or synthetic resin etc. with a binder consisting of water soluble resin, etc. is injected toward the first plate surface 8 of the one of plates 4b supplied in the direction of the arrow mark A and thereby it is adhered and deposited on the first mask 8. Moreover, the deposited layer of retainer forming material is further sent and pressurized by a roller 11 heated by an adequate means and the surface thereof is shaped. The end portion of the first retainer layer 12 is shaped by a cutter 13. When it reaches the end portion of a chain conveyor 14 in the direction indicated by the arrow mark, the plate 4d is inverted to be sent on the second belt conveyor 15. With the same process, the retainer layer is formed on the plate surface 16. |
