Four steps are used in the manufacture of insulation boards. First, a vertical wire(5,5') is cut to the length needed by the controller. Second, horizontal wires(5,5') are welded to the vertical wire (2,2') at precise intervals. Third, a synthetic resin plate(9) is inserted between the wire netting (A,B). Finally, an inclined propping wire (14,14') is welded to the conjunction parts (F) of the upper and lower nets (A,B).
