PURPOSE:To enable all the actions to be checked at one time by selecting paper feed means automatically in succession, and executing test prints. CONSTITUTION:When the first paper feed means 4 is selected, the first paper feed roller is rotated by the print instruction, and it is allowed to descend to feed papers. A latent image is developed, transferred, and fixed by the known electrophotographic method, and a copied paper is ejected to an output tray 3. The second paper feed means 5, and the third paper feed means are likewise treated. On the other hand, a photosensitive drum 1 is exposed to beams of a laser 10 by using a laser driver 11 to turn it on and off. Print information for turning on-off the laser generating circuit 10 is given from an external controller (a) or it is provided to the laser driver 11 from an internal pattern generator 13 through an OR circuit 12. |
