The invention relates to detergents which, despite their low phosphate content, prevent the deposition of sparingly soluble compounds on fabrics and washing machine components. These detergents contain as encrustation inhibitor system a combination of copolymers of at least one unsaturated monocarboxylic acid which has a maximum of 5 C atoms with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid which has a maximum of 6 C atoms and whose carboxylate groups are separated by a C=C double bond and with the soluble salt of an amino polycarboxylic acid.
