<p>Purine derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> in which E denotes an oxygen or sulphur atom, or an imino, sulphinyl or sulphonyl group, R1 denotes an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, which is substituted by a cyano, carboxyl or alkoxycarbonyl group having a total of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or denotes an alkenyl or alkynyl group each having 3 to 5 carbon atoms and R2 denotes an alkoxy, cyanoalkoxy, alkylamino or dialkylamino group, where the alkyl moiety can in each case contain 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or denotes an alkenyloxy or alkynyloxy group each having 3 to 5 carbon atoms, their tautomers and their acid addition salts, have useful pharmacological properties, in particular positive inotropic effects and/or an effect on the blood pressure, and can be prepared by processes known for analogous compounds.</p> |
