PURPOSE:To secure and stabilize the operation of a control unit and improve accuracy in controlling by making negative pressure, generated in each of intake passages corresponding to each of cylinders, act collectively on a negative pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:A connecting pipe 30, which collectively connects each of intake pipes 22, at the upper side part than a part where a check valve is provided, is formed, to feed fuel delivered by a fuel quantity increasing device 32 to each of the intake pipes 22, through its uppermost part 31A. At the start of an engine, since the negative pressure of the intake pipes 22 which acts on the diaphragm 39 of the device 32 is small, a valve body 43 is opened, complementarily feeding fuel to each of the intake pipes 22 through a sucking pipe, delivery pipe 34, and a connecting pipe 30, to increase air fuel ratio and improve a starting property. When decelerating quickly, a pressure regulating valve 47 is opened by means of large negative pressure force, opening a valve body 43, and fuel is fed complementarily to each of the intake pipes 22, through pipes 34, 30, to increase air- fuel ratio and improve a stall resisting property.
