Packing hot-meltable material solidifying on cooling e.g. bitumen - by pouring in liq. form into cardboard boxes folded from single-layer cardboard internally siliconised blanks without leakage joins

The method is intended for packing hot-meltable material, e.g. bitumen, which solidifies on cooling. The hot material is poured in liquid form into cardboard boxes, which are internally silicone-coated, where it is allowed to slidify. The boxes used are preferably each folded from a single-layer blank completely siliconised on the side which will be on the inside- The blank is such that the bottom (1) and side wall (2,3) panels surrounding the interior have no joins or welds, whilst all folds extending upwards from the bottom end above the contents when filled.
