摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the yield and reduce the cost by assembling a magnetic circuit unit using non-magnetized magnet members, and thereafter momentarily magnetizing it. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit unit 1 is placed inside an exciting yoke 11, the end face 12 of the yoke 11 is maintained to be opposed to an intermediate plate 4, and a coil 10 is energized, thereby magnetizing a non-magnetized member 3 with a magnetic flux 15 passing through a path: the yoke 9 the plate 4 the non-magnetized member 3 a top plate 2. Then, the magnetic circuit unit 1 is placed inside the yoke 11, a yoke 6 is closely contacted with the main yoke 9, the end face 14 of the yoke 11 is made to be opposed to the intermediate plate 4, and energization is performed with the polarity reverse to the above-mentioned, thereby magnetizing a second non-magnetized member 5 with a magnetic flux 16. By this, the opposite faces of the members 3, 5 are magnetized to a same polarity, so that the external leakage flux can be offset. With this method, the yield improves due to no adherence of metal powder during the assembling, and inexpensive manufacturing is enabled without using a member of high coercive force.
