摘要

The hybrids are capable of synthesising anti-bodies which detect specific (H-Y) masculine antigens. They are made by (a) immunising female rat of Lewis strain with spleen cells from male rats; (b) selecting the cellular hybrids obtd. and cultivating for 2 weeks at 37 deg. C in CO2 atmos; and (c) cultivating the hybrid clones and selecting by cyto-toxicity and immuno-adherence tests, by detecting the presence of specific H-Y anti-bodies in the supernatant cultivation medium.
