<p>Procedure for obtaining an antineoplastic platinum II derivative, of formula I. It involves the reaction of an aqueous solution of silver sulphate with cis-diammine-disulphocyanoplatinum, followed by filtration of the silver sulphocyanate precipitate formed; slight concentration under vacuum and addition of an aqueous solution; filtration of the barium sulphate precipitate formed, concentration of the filtrate until dry under vacuum, and final drying. This compound has antineoplastic activity for the treatment of tumoral diseases. <IMAGE></p> |
