PURPOSE:To perform the display without overing the scale on a recorder and a CRT independently of the degree of a photointensity by converting logarithmically and displaying the photointensity signal of the detected fluorescent signal in a display part of a spectrofluorophotometer. CONSTITUTION:The light from light source such as xenon lamp is made incident on an excitation spectroscope 1, transferred through a sample cell 2, and the fluorescence is separated to monochromatic light by a fluorescent spectroscope 3. Next, said light is subjected to a photoelectric conversion 4, amplified 5, subjected to an AD conversion 6 and inputted to a CPU8. The obtained data are stored 8, 9, and the fluorescent intensity is converted logarithmically by an arithmetic means 12. Said intensity is displayed by the recorder 12 as the spectrum, and displayed on the CRT13. Consequently, since the fluorescent intensity is converted logarithmically and displayed, said signal can be displayed on the recorder or the CRT without overing the scale. |
