PURPOSE:To provide a positive ignition even in case of much volume of air fed and enable a sufficient control of temperture by a method wherein an ignition confirmation sensor for confirming an ignition of a gas combustion burner and a combustion temperature sensor are arranged. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch is turned on, a blower motor BM is rotated. Then, a temperature adjuster 1 is turned ON and a combustion temperature is set, resulting in that a contact point (c) is connected to a contact point (a) and a rotation of the blower motor BM is decreased. When the burner is ignited, the ignition is confirmed with an ignition confirmation sensor S2, the contact point (c) is connected to the contact point (b) and the blower motor BM becomes its normal condition. When a temperature in the oven becomes higher than a predetermined value, a temperature sensor S1 detects if and the combustion is interrupted. When a temperature in the oven is decreased less than a predetermined value, the temperature sensor S1 detects it, the contact point (c) is connected to the contact point (a) and a rotation of the blower BM is decreased. Thereafter, the above-described operation is repeated. |
