<p>The physiologically-acceptable salts of 3',5'-dihydroxy-phenyl hydroxyethylamine esters, of general formula (I) by (a) reacting a 3',5'-dihydroxy-phenyl hydroxy-ethylamine of formula (I), in which R1R2 and R3 are H, CH3, CH3CH2 or other and R1 is an alkyl gp., methyl or ethyl, with an acid chloride in presence of an organic base; (b) filtering off the ppt.; (c) treating the filtrate with aq. NaOH soln.; (d) filtering off the ppt.; (e) washing the ppt. with water and drying in vacuum; (f) treating it with acid in organic medium; (g) filtering off the salt formed; and (h) drying the vacuum.</p> |
