发明名称 INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING ECCENTRICITY OF PLURAL HOLES
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable measurement of the plural holes to be measured without contacting with the inside surfaces of the holes with a device which is simple in construction and is easy to handle by inserting a detecting bar which is provided with three sets each of distance measuring instruments in the prescribed positions on the side faces and has a circular section into said holes. CONSTITUTION:A detecting bar 1 to be inserted into plural holes has circular cylindrical parts 11, 12 of radii r1, r2. Air micrometers 21-23, 31-33 are provided respectively in the positional relation of 120 deg. with each other on the side faces of the parts 11, 12. The distances h11-h13 and h21-h23 to the inside side faces of the holes C1, C2 to be measured can be therefore measured respectively without contacting with the holes C1, C2. Calculation is made on the basis of the measured distance signals to determine the positions DELTAx1, DELTAy1 at the central point P1 of the hole C1 and the positions DELTAx2, DELTAy2 at the central point P2 of the hole C2. The relative positions of the holes C1 and C2, i.e., eccentricity is known from the positions (DELTAx1, DELTAy1), (DELTAx2, DELTAy2) of the points P1, P2 and the direction of eccentricity is known as well.
