PURPOSE:To perform inspection at low cost in a short time and eliminate the need for extra work by winding a film around the outer peripheral surface of a joint of a tube, inserting a radiation source internally, and holding it for a necessary time. CONSTITUTION:Respective arms 8 spread outward according to the relative movement between an external cylinder 6 and an internal cylinder 7, and a roller 17 is pressed against the internal surface of the pipe 1. Then, the external cylinder 6 and internal cylinder 7 are fixed again with a set screw 16. Then, the tube 18 of a radiation source feeding-out device is inserted into the internal cylinder 7 until it tip abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the joint 2 of the tube 1. Almost simultaneously, a film 3 is fed outer peripheral surface of a point of a tube 1. Then, the radiation source 4 is fed by the radiation feeding-out device up to the tip of the radiation source tube 18. This radiation source 4 is positioned in the axial center at the position of the joint 2 of the tube 1. This position and radiation source 4 are held for the necessary time to photograph the entire periphery of the joint 2. |
