PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of a specimen by closing a sampling water channel by an opening and closing plate, by attaching an open plate to the shaft provided at a position nearer to a sampling bag than a drain port in a freely rotatable manner and allowing the center of gravity to be necessarily present at the upper part of said open plate on the basis of the fulcrum of the shaft at the time of drawing-up. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body has the front opening end 2a connected to the rear end of a net 6 and the rear opening end 2b connected to a sampling bag 7 at both ends thereof and a drain port 2c is provided to the bottom surface of the cylinder wall to form a sampling water channel. A shaft 5 is provided to the rear part of the drain port 2c at right angles to the cylinder axis and an opening and closing plate 3 is attached thereto in a freely rotatable manner. Then, the cylindrical main body is fallen to a predetermined depth to be brought to a horizontal posture and the drain port 2c is closed by the action of the wt. 4 provided to the opening and closing plate 3 to collect a specimen from the sampling water channel while the opening and closing plate 6 opens the drain port 2c around the shaft 5 by the action of the wt. 4 at the time of drawing-up to close the sampling water channel. By this mechanism, the mixing of the specimen can be prevented by a simple structure. |
