PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the abnormal noise such as collision noise by the softening effect of the working oil which flows into the minute gap formed between the outer peripheral wall of the first cylindrical part of a rotor and the inner peripheral wall of the flange part of a front plate, for the vibration of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:In the cycle of pump work, the high-pressure discharge oil discharged into a discharge chamber 11 from the first and the second pumps flows into a small chamber 30a through the first communication passage 40. The high- pressure working oil which flows into the small chamber 30a flows into a minute gap formed between the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical part 5a of a rotor 5 and the inner peripheral wall of a flange part 3b having the cylindrical inner surface formed onto a front plate 3. The working oil which flows into the minute gap (about 20-30mum in this application) develops the softening effect for the vibration in the radial direction of the rotor 5, and the chattering prevented, and the generation of impact noise and pulsasion can be prevented beforehand.
