The announcement device is connected to the toll exchange station 3, whether or not the incoming party payment connection is accepted is inquired about the subscriber 5, and when the party accepts the share of charge, the device informs the name and place to the subscriber 1. Thus, the sender subscriber 1 and the incoming subscriber 5 attain talking. |
