<p>PURPOSE:To bring performance as a four-wheel drive into full play as well as to avoid getting a tight corner braking phenomenon, by making a hydraulic clutch perform clutch torque control through a control unit and a clutch control circuit according to engine output, etc. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid-operated clutch 1 is transmitted to one side wheel reduction gear 3 of front and rear wheels via a stepless transmission 2 and also transmitted from this reduction gear 3 via a transfer device 4, a propeller 5, etc. In this device 4, a transfer gear 41 being normally engaged with a final gear 37 is rotatably fitted in a transfer shaft 42, and a wet type multiple disc hydraulic clutch 43 for four-wheel drive use is installed in position between the gear 41 and the shaft 42. In addition, it is also provided with a clutch control circuit 47 utilizing pump pressure in a hydraulic control part 8 of the stepless transmission 2, and this circuit 47 is formed in the clutch 43 for its circuit and that with an electric signal out of a control unit in time of four-wheel driving, clutch torque control takes place.</p> |
