PURPOSE:To facilitate insertion of a pile for erection thereof into a hole, by a method wherein a screw head is attached to the forward end of a rod, and a forward-threaded and a reverse-threaded screw are installed to the rod. CONSTITUTION:A screw rod 1 is rotated through rotation of an auger 3, and a screw head 2 coupled to the forward end of the screw rod and a forward-threaded screw 4 and a reverse-threaded screw 5, both attached to the rod 1, are rotated. Since excavated earth is raised with the aid of the forward-threaded screw 4 and is lowered with the aid of the reverse-threaded screw 5, the excavated earth is coagulated as the earth is agitated between the two screws 4 and 5, and the excavated earth is consolidated to and penetrated into the inner peripheral surface of an erection hole H. This enables building of a wall on the inner peripheral surface of the erection hole H and reduction in density of sludge remaining in the hole H, resulting in facilitation of insertion of a pile P for erection thereof in the hole H. |
