PURPOSE:To easily and simply make a thermal head having a high positional accuracy by alloting each of 4 heating element rows to recording of different colors. CONSTITUTION:On the same base plate, 4 heating element rows R11, R12..., R31, R32..., R21, R22..., and R41, R42... are alloted to recordings of red, green, blue, and black colors, whereby 4 color recording is made on a recording paper. Four heating element rows can thus be integrally formed by a photo lithographic method, for example, and a thermal head having high positional accuracy can be made easily and simply. |
