The shaping tool is used in conjunction with a feed-out device for extrusion of a thermoplastic polymer. This device incorporates a screw transporter which feeds the material outwards through a mouthpiece, the issue of which in the usage position is adjusted so that it absolutely next to the plate to be provided with an edge fillet. The shaping tool is circular, and along its periphery has a track, the bottom of which, together with adjacent parts, carries out the edge fillet formation work. The tool passes through an electrical coil to be heated to a temp. above that of melting of the thermo-plastic polymer, and the edge of the plate to receive the fillet is provided with a teeth arrangement which produces a better adhesive of the polymer. |
