PURPOSE:To relieve impact and to improve strength and riding sensation, by a method wherein the end surface of a swivel bracket arm part is forced into contact with the rod of a tilt lock to lock it thereto. CONSTITUTION:A clamp bracket 2 is attached to a stern plate 1 by a proper means. A swivel bracket 4 is rotatably coupled to the crank bracket 2 by a horizontal support shaft 3. The cylinder side of a cylinder device 6 is coupled to the crank bracket 2, and the piston rod side 6a to a swivel bracket 4. Through control of a lever 14a, a switching valve 14 switches communication or disconnection between an accumulator 12 and the upper and the lower chamber of a cylinder through oil passes 15, 16, and 17. A relief valve 15 is located between the lower chamber of the cylinder and the accumulator, and when a pressure in the cylinder is abnormally increased due to a rise in temperature, oil is escaped to the accumulator side from the relief valve 15, and this prevents the occurrence of damage. |
